YSU English Festival

The YSU English festival is a time for students to cultivate their love of reading and writing by participating in writing workshops, competing in literary competitions, and listening to guest speakers, including award-winning novelists. On Wednesday, April 26, 2017, ten high school students participated in the competition.  A special congratulations is order for Nathen Vaughn, who placed third in I Love Limericks; Quinn Gravatt, who earned honorable mention in Journalism; and Lily AbiNader who earned second in the Candace Gay Memorial Essay contest.
